Currently, Sivakasi Crackers is an enquiry-only marketplace. We do not collect payments online or store sensitive financial data.

Cancellation Policy

Since all payments and final confirmations happen offline directly with the shop or our coordination team, cancellations can be requested free of charge at any time before the payment has been made to the shop and the order has been dispatched.

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched from Sivakasi, cancellations are generally not possible due to the specialized nature of firework logistics.

Refund Assistance

If you encounter issues with your order after payment (e.g., damaged goods, missing items) after direct shop payment, we will act as an intermediary to help you resolve the dispute with the shop partner.

Any refund eligibility, whether full or partial, depends entirely on the partner shop's own policy and the specific circumstances of the order.
